Yes, Akshaya requires users to sign in by providing basic information such as Name and Email. Click on “Log in” on the top right corner, there you will have an option to either sign in or sign up.

If you don't get your verification email, check your spam or junk folder for an email with the subject line 'Your Verification Code'.

Once you are signed in, click on the “marketplaces” tab on the toolbar where you will be guided through different categories of NFTs.

Non-Fungible Token (NFTs) are designed to prevent theft. NFTs are unique and one of a kind. There can only be one token, so you cannot make another NFT with the same token. These tokens provide security by being placed on a blockchain. The unique data cannot be replicated, making NFTs last forever and rare. This combination of being unique and put on a blockchain creates value for all parties involved, regardless of whether you are an artist or a collector.

We are storing digital twin of each physical items that we convert to NFT. We maintain the digital footprints on blockchain to uniquely verify the physical copy.Digital content, on the other hand, is fungible, meaning it can be replaced or changed. You cannot see unique details in digital art, such as the content creator, when they made the content, or even if there has been a sale of the content.

Yes, NFTs can be purchased at Akshaya with a credit or debit card. Akshaya NFT utilizes Paper.XYZ for FIAT transaction processing.

You must first complete an identity verification process with Paper.xyz to use a credit card to buy NFTs. AkshayaNFT has no influence on the procedure.

Paper will retry blockchain transactions failures due to block chain congestion , gas fees or network related issues. They will keep retrying to fix it or initiate a refund back to your card.

Currently, only Ether is accepted to buy, auction, or sell. We require metamask installed on your browser to transact. We will introduce FIAT currency for future releases.

The gas fee is the amount of ethereum that is needed to complete a transaction on the Ethereum blockchain. For example, you can buy a product online for $10 but you may still need to pay a fee to have the product delivered to you to compensate the postal carrier. Similarly, the gas fee for transactions conducted on the Ethereum blockchain is to compensate Ethereum miners for the computational power they use.

The same way precious metals are mined from the earth using industrial equipment which requires expertise from individuals, Ethereum requires technological equipment using the expertise of individuals called “miners” to retrieve Ethereum from the blockchain.

Once a user wants to purchase an item using Ethereum, there is a request sent out to a node. A node in the context of Ethereum is a software running on computers to verify blocks of transactions to make sure the data is accurate and secure. Once there are a specified amount of requests under one block which a miner would be able to efficiently verify that each transaction is secure while also allocating their resources in a way where they are able to to earn an amount they require for each transaction to compensate the computational power it takes to mine the specified amount of Ethereum they produce a “certified proof of authenticity” that is stored on the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) which is maintained by thousands of connected users. Once the miner has produced the certified proof of authenticity they pass it on to other blocks to verify this proof.

As you can infer, the transactions that take place on the Ethereum blockchain are highly secure through multiple layers of security that are then verified.
